Went to the gym for the first time today – it felt great to feel that sporty, sweaty, tiredness again (although I’m sure I wont be saying the same tomorrow when I wake up unable to move any muscle). So, for about an hour and half, we worked out on the bikes, treadmills, leg muscle machines, arm and bum toners and even the tummy muscle cruncher machine ( i have no idea what they are called). I’m happy that finally, after about a year of ‘we need to join the gym’, it finally happened. The only slightly annoying thing is that the environment is very male and slightly intimidating – i guess it just takes a bit of getting used to until you forget about the muscle wackos. Will update on muscle pain…
